Shipping - How much is it and how long does it take?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the items you order. For delivery time, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Orders may be delayed, subject to shipping company delivery times. For more specific details, please contact our customer service team. We offer Free Local Pickup in the New Orleans, LA area, simply select "Local Pickup" when checking out. Pickup date/time will be provided.

Do you offer refunds or accept exchanges on items ?

You’ve sent me the wrong items
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hour of delivery and we will assist you in resolving this issue promptly. Items must be returned with original tags, unused and unwashed in order to avoid charges for items. Thank you for your understanding.

If you believe part of your order is missing, please double-check the packing slip included with your shipment.
